Edward McNany is presently a Security Coordinator at the School District of the Chathams and a retired Detective/Sergeant with the Springfield, New Jersey Police Department.
Ed's lifetime commitment to the community has provided him with opportunities of membership in numerous volunteer service organizations over the years, which include:
The Essex County Emerald Society – Chapter #1 - Past President & Pipe Band - Drum Sergeant;
The Grand Council of the State of New Jersey Emerald Society – President,

Michael McNany is a graduate of St. James the Apostle School and Jonathan Dayton High School.
For Mike the community in which he was raised holds a special place in his heart. His career kept him in the place he calls "home", where he became a police officer with the Springfield Police Department. He retired from the department as Lieutenant in 2014.
Mike currently works as the Security Supervisor at the Canoe Brook Country Club in Summit, NJ.
Michael holds memberships in the Springfield Knights of Columbus, Msgr. F.X. Coyle Council #5560,
Summit Elks Lodge #1246,
Essex County Emerald Society (2nd Vice President-Law Enforcement), and the Pipe Band (Drummer and Alternate Drum Major),
Union County Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick.

The McNany Charitable Foundation was created in 2015 to give back to the communities that helped our family in our times of need. We hope that by providing scholarships, giving charitable donations, and other projects that we might repay those that had helped us.

Rita McNany grew up in Springfield graduating from David Brierley Regional High School in Kenilworth and a Dale Carnegie Graduate.
Rita is currently the Parking Services Manager with the City of Summit since 1999 and served as the City's as Public Information Officer until 2015, Webmaster and worked in the City Clerk's Office.
Rita is a current member of Summit’s Emergency Management Team with assistance throughout Hurricane Sandy and facilitated 9.11 Vigils for Summit residents lost on September 11, 2001.
Every year conduct a secret Santa club for those in need in the Summit and surrounding communities.
Rita served on the Springfield Recreation Committee instrumental in successfully working on the first home turf football field as well as the Springfield Minutemen Youth Football Board as Treasurer and Fundraising Chair.
Rita has organized many fundraising events and chaired many large scale banquets (over 1,000 attendees).
